SATAYCATION..
means: Satay + vacation..
haha..today is my last day of Easter break..huh..
feels like eating satay..actually i've been mengidam satay for a few months already..(oppss..dun get me wrong kay!!Adam still too lil to get a new arrival!)
but dun have time to go to Satay House plus I heard it's damn expensive!!
I'm not sure how much exactly..maybe someday I'll go if i'm soo desperate for satay...

that reminded me of this Satay Kit told by Farah...
so yesterday asked hubby to include Satay Kit in the groceries lists...

The Satay Kit
(bought it from Tesco)
Consists of dried spices and liquid marinade, skewers, satay sauce and fried onion..
easy peasy huh??
First step: Diced the chicken..(or u can buy diced chicken), then pour in the dried spices and liquid marinade..leave for 1 hour..
Then soak the skewer for 10mins to prevent from splitting
After about 1 hour, thread the chicken onto the skewer
(I think mine were less than 1 hour..tak sabar dah..hehe..)
Grill the chicken in oven or on pan..

Lastly, heat the satay sauce and pour over the chicken skewers and top with fried onions!!
Now it's ready to nyumm..nyum...
*Adib lagi tak sabar..baru masak 1st round die dh ngap 6 cucuk and keep telling me...
it's delicious mummy!! I want some more!!

sama tak rasanya Sab? Kalau sama bleh gak beli.. kalo dak kene buat cara lamalah gayanya.. btw, sate house.. 1 dozen GBP5..trust me.. taik gigi pun x cukup :-p

rasanya kalau nak kasi juicy maybe kena bakar dalam aluminium foil kot? so that dia tak kering sgt..
