Pg tadi @2 am..received sms from my sis..she told me that my opah cu had passed away. Actually she's the only opah left from my side. She's my dad's aunty. My dad's mom passed away a long time ago when I was 7 years old..so with her only sister la we all bermanja..
from hubby's side..there's another opah..she's very close to hubby n me as well..
ok back to arwah..opah cu is a very independant women..she lived alone in her house after her husband passed away a few years back.She's diabetic and couldn't walk..but she refused to leave the house coz that house brought lots of memories of her late husband, i guess. but my other aunty lived nx to her house..so whenever she's sick or couldn't cook, my aunty or her dott will send food to her..every raya or whenever ade kenduri in kampung we'll visit her. and with her condition(using crutches), she'd never failed to attend my engagement and wedding..eventhough it was held in KL (she's from Perak near Bota). so do my other sibling's weddings..
So now she's gone..sob..sob..I'm so sad..owh and opah cu also a bidan and sell traditional herbs plus minyak hitam..now my mom dh tak blh beli minyak hitam!!owhh..sob..sob..and we all tak blh beli junk food from her mini stall..normally we bought something and overpaid her..saje nk sedekah plus we enjoyed makan the junk food kampung type.. :((
what a sweet memories we had with her..
